The Standards and Compliance Committee is responsible for the development, maintenance and oversight of policy and guidelines while ensuring that the organizational network complies with legal requirements, industry standards, and internal policies.
The Data Governance and IT Committee supports the ethical use of data and technology to enhance patient care, improve outcomes, and support CIN analytics activities. The committee is responsible for establishing policies and guidelines for data governance, quality, security, and privacy.
The Clinical Quality Improvement Committee supports the network’s mission and purpose by providing insight and direction for the development and implementation of the network’s overall population health management program strategy and infrastructure.
Kentucky Integrated Care (KIC) is a single member limited liability corporation subsidiary of the Kentucky Primary Care Association. The network is governed and managed by its members and the association staff.
